Apartment 3. 

Middle-floor, excellent sun,

  • Max 4 Adults (rates below include 2 x adults, additional adults are $25 each). 

  • 2 x bedrooms (queen-sized beds, sun-filter + blockout blinds, generous wardrobing)

  • 1 x bathroom (fully tiled, LED mirror, towel poles, stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash)

  • 1 x walk out balcony off the lounge, and an additional juliette balcony off the dining.   

  • Open Plan living (comfy curved sofa,  4-seater dining, 42 inch smart TV with netflix, WFH desk). 

  • Full kitchen (integrated oven + microwave (both Bosch), hob, dishwasher, rangehood) + fridge/freezer. 

  • Full laundry (washing maching & dryer - both Bosch, & a drying rack for longer stays).

  • Unique curved wall in lounge. 

  • Secure access via automated unique pin. Discounted rates for return visits, referrals and longer term stays.Contact us for more info about those. 

  • Portacots available upon request, at no additional cost. 

  • Check-in is 3pm, Check-out is 10am.

  • Note, this building doesn't have a lift. Apartment 3 is on the 2nd floor (26 steps from the street to Apt 3 door).

Book Apartment 3.

We use a NZ booking provider to ensure secure, real-time availability updates across all our booking platforms, with the best rates via this website when you book direct with us. Apt 3's availability will load below based on your requested check-in & check-out dates. Payment options are secure credit/debit card payments via stripe, or online bank transfer via PoliPay. We're a small NZ business, operating in both Wellington & Auckland, and we're only ever a phonecall or email away.

Once we receive your payment confirmation, you'll receive a booking confirmation email, and on the day of your stay with us (check-in is from 3pm), you'll receive an email with your unique, automated access code to both the building entry, and Apt 3's door, along with a guide to your stay (local recommendations, appliance guides, the all important WiFi password , and the mobile # for your property manager).  We have two rates available to you to book immediately:

  • Standard (refund provided if your reservation is cancelled at least 5 days prior to check-in date) or

  • Non-refundable (no refund provided, irrelevant of when cancellation is made). 

  • We also offer discounts for longer term stays, repeat stays and referrals. Please contact us for further info. ​
